Try to make the famous cookies of Antwerp!

Ingredients :

250 gr butter
200 gr sugar
vanilla sugar
2 eggs
350 gr flour

 

Method of preparation :

Till the butter to a soft entire. Add the sugar and the vanilla sugar and mix it with the butter. Add 1 egg and crumble de flour. Let rest the paste for a while. Afterwards put it into a flexible entire. Roll out the paste out on 3 cm thickness; use the suitable cutter to pull the figures  out of the paste. Put the hands on a baking plate and spread with a beating up egg. Topping with grated almonds. Bake the cookies in a till 180° degrees warming up oven during about 15 minutes.
