SimCity 3000 Cheats

To use the cheats below press Ctrl + Shift + Alt + C and a little box will
appear. Type the code in the box.

Traffic Lights	Reduces traffic problems in your city.
***	You can get unlimited landmarks, and you get all ordinances, no matter what the year. But it does not activate ordinances.
i am weak	Everything is free, except for remodeling the terrain
call cousin Vinnie	After you type this in, a Local Fundraising Event will appear in the Meet window and Vinnie will offer you some money and if you accept you'll get $100,000. You can only type in this code once.
zyxwvu	If you decline the offer from Vinnie, this will give you a castle as a reward. The castle is sort of like the llama dome in SimCity 2000.
power to the masses	All power plants become available.
garbage in, garbage out	All garbage buildings become available.
water in the desert	All water structures become available.
salt on	Gives you 100% salt water.
salt off	Gives you 100% fresh water.
stop forcing advice	Shuts the advisors up.
lets make a deal	You get business deals, and you often get more than one of the same offer.
pay tribute to your king	All rewards become available.
nerdz rool	High tech industry becomes 100% of your industry.
the birds	Some birds fly over your city.
i love red tape	Gives your city hall miles of red tape, and makes the year back to 1900.
UFO Swarm	After typing that in, click on UFO disaster in Disaster box and watch lots of UFO's descend upon your city.

The following cheats should be used before you build your city. These destroy your whole city.
 

terrain one up	raises all terrain up 1.
terrain one down	lowers all terrain down 1.
terrain ten up	raises all terrain up 10.
terrain ten down	lowers all terrain down 10.

This complex cheat will let you place any building contained in SimCity3000 anywhere on the map (must be on land).
 

Step 1                                  Go to the Utilities Menu. Open Power
                                            Plant box. Close with top X button.
 

Step 2                                   Go to the Civiv and Special Buildings
                                             menu. Open Rewards and
                                             Opportunities box. Close with top X
                                             button.
 

Step 3                                   Go back to the Utilities menu. Open
                                             the Garbage Dispoal box. Close with
                                             top X button.
 

Step 4                                  Go back to the Civic and Special
                                             Buildings menu. Open the Landmarks
                                             box. There will be a long list with
                                             every building you can build. They
                                             may all be built for free except service
                                             buildings such as police stations,
                                             schools, and incinerators.
                                             If for any reason you lose the
                                             long list just repeat the steps
                                             again.
