(Articles on this page are shared to us by Rosie Veluya) UPCOMING EVENT....Yes, it's being discussed. A mini-reunion in the West Coast in July! Dates and place will be confirmed soon. We have guests coming from Australia (guess who?). Details to follow so don't miss to visit our web site!! FLASH BACK...it's been six months
since our 30th reunion. I thought I could never get rid of the hangover that
afflicted most of us who attended the get together. Letters and e-mail flew
across the globe. "I missed the 30th reunion! Pesteng flu ito. Kung bakit
ngayon pa dumating" Another comment: "My heart sunk as I read through
the story of our reunion. And further comment: I was so jealous, I should have
been there." These were coming from those who were not able to attend. From
those who were at the reunion: "Ang saya natin ano? I cannot sleep during
those days that our class was together". Further comment: "I can't
shake off the hang-over for the past two weeks. I always remember how happy it
was to be together with our classmates." Another comment: "I had the
time of life". I wrote a detailed account of our 30th reunion and I still
have them on file. Should you want these articles published in our web site,

Under the influence and guidance of St. Michael (San Miguel Beer) their conversation went beyond what is now and what is here. They talked about going global; get 69ers from all corners of the world to know what is going on with this wonderful group of people from QPHS '69. The product is QPHS69ers' Web Site launched on February 10, 2000. Logo graphics is Ray Argosino's artwork. With these three people working relentlessly on our web site, we are on to something good. More stories in the creation of our web site will be provided in detail by its founding fathers.
'69ers' FUNDRAISING ACCOUNT IS ACTIVE - After a lot of
back and forth email between the east and west coast 69ers, we finally set up
our account at CalFed in California. To date we have accumulated over $900 in
our fundraising from the generous contributions of our classmates. We agreed to
contribute $50 a year until our 35th reunion in 2004. Our heartfelt THANK YOU to
Elvie Borda-Lao and Johnny Jardin for managing our account. As soon as most of
the contributions are in, Elvie and Johnny will give us the final fundraising
report. Click here: "Fundraising
2004" for the latest scoop! SILVER WEDDING - Surrounded by friends and relatives, Mil and Cesar Reyes celebrated their Silver Wedding anniversary in January 2000.
