Fresh and healthy! Mentally and physically health are so important. Twice a week i do routinely jogging around my place, or biking. When i was in a high school i joined Carabella Softball Club, not to forget a basket ball in between. Swimming? definitely. Can't live without it. At this time i am concentrated on having a golf sports.
