Our services and products are intended and designed to meet the needs of small business websites. It is not appropriate to use our products or services to support large enterprises or for levels of demand that impose undue burdens on our systems or negatively impact other customers. If the bandwidth, data transfer, or email storage of your Website Builder or Business Mail accounts present a burden on our systems or the experience of other customers, we may, in our sole discretion, act to restrict the resources being used by your account, including by limiting how fast your disk space and email storage space can grow.

The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to new orders. If you are not completely satisfied, you may receive a refund of your Website Builder subscription fee, less the domain registration fee, if included in your plan. You may keep the domain name if you request to do so at the time of cancellation, which must be within 30 calendar days of the date of your order. You may then transfer your domain name to a new registrar 60 days after registration. All refund requests must be made by calling 1-866-781-9246 and must be specifically requested at the time of cancellation. Refunds will be made only to the Account Owner and only to the credit card on file. Refunds are available for Website Builder only and not for additional services purchased.
