Juggling is great for the heart. A fair amount of the upper body is exercised when juggling. The heart gets a good work out. That can't be all bad now can it?
Juggling also activates both sides of the brain! The action of concentrating on 3 or more balls (clubs, rings, etc) forces the brain to co-ordinate both sides. Pretty cool hey? This also increases brain function by increasing blood flow to the most important parts of the brain. We don't use our whole brain as it is (especially when drunk) so juggling is a good way to give the brain a good work out. [CAUTION ... Before undertaking any form of exercise consult a registered Physician!] You laugh, I kid you not ... imagine an undernourished brain undertaking a sudden and strenuous workout. The possible consequences do not sound good to my mind.
OK enough dribble, onto some cool photos of jugglers I know.
"Iosefo" (not his real name) attempting the World Record of 12 balls.
This is unconfirmed, yet the photogrphic evidence speaks for itself. Congratulations "Iosefo". This guy is truely an artist, some of the things I've seen him do with a T P Pitter can, a cigar and a slice of lemon would blow yer mind. *grin* Not only can he juggle with a finnese not often seen, he taught me all about the mental component of juggling and its effect on your state of conciousness (or unconciousness). Also a fine writer and linguistical genius! A true freind who even though is miles away from my current location (yet to be disclosed) is always willing to regale me with stories of the joys of red wine and the company of a fine woman.
"Zimbelee Zeehorns" (not his real name) getting ready for a night on the town.
As you can see "ZZ" cuts a fine figure in his Jester suit. This guy is amazing read on!
"Zimbelee Zeehorns" (not his real name) I told you this guy is cool (if not a little crazy).
Don't try this at home without the permission of the fire department! These photos where taken on a windy Wellington night. Damn near burnt the house down! But look at that symmetry ... a true artist. "ZZ" also Juggles, Unicycles, moutain bikes, trials, is a master craftsman (some of his furniture is priceless) and last but not least a true freind who has been there more than once for me. (even if it was just with a bottle of port now and then!) See you in Queenstown in '99 or else!
"Zimbelee Zeehorns" (not his real name) I told you this guy is cool (if not a little crazy).
"Nana" (not her real name) Clowning around. This girl knows how to have fun. Just look at that smile :-). She does Parties, Parades, school functions, Dances and any function you may think appropriate. Email Kingi for bookings!

"unigirl" (not her real name) This young lady unicycled for hours in the wind at the Christmas parade in Wellington a few years back. If someone this small can do it why not you? Give it a go ... once you get your balance it is easy!
