Seed correction = Seed BOD x mL seed per bottle / 300

BOD = (initial D.O. - final D.O. -seed correction) x 300/mL sample in bottle

If < 2 mg/L D.O. consumed, TOO WEAK.
If < 1 mg/L D.O. remains, TOO STRONG.
Otherwise, BOD is valid.
