Hemiepiphytic Planting
Use a cutting, since its roots grow to the side. Dip cutting
in Rootone, and put in a glass of water until root buds form.
Move to moss tube, and grow it until roots are 1.3m long.
Find a live host tree, or use a log. Bald cypress is a good
host, since it won't rot. Put broken pottery over drainage
hole, so log can't clog it.
Plant cutting in fork. Hang at least 1 root in front and 1 in
back, for stability. Moss pads under wire prevent girdling.
Make Handi-Wrap cylinder all the way up to cutting's trunk,
and fill with moss. Water often.
A new root sprouts, and grows out to the Handi-Wrap.
Cut a 3x3cm hole 1cm below root tip. Remove moss, and stick
a moss tube in half way. Tape it in place.
