-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8:59a Did you know Pentiums used to come in Slot format...but not SLOT A format? Anyway. now i have to return the ONLY slot format mb i could find because I have an "old" AMD K7 750 and there are no mbs to be found locally that support that. that's what i get for making assumptions. I.e. my computer is still down. This is a blessing in disguise as it is going to FORCE me to upgrade my processor so i can get a mb it will fit. This is a curse because i wasn't planning to drop another $250 or whatever. Jump today though. means i canna do this wonderful mb/processor switcharoo at least until tomorrow anyway. grrrrr and my internet bill for last month was $100. not nearly as bad as when i was playing EQ...but still! I miss the days of unlimited access at a fixed rate...(reason 5432 to come back to the states). maybe i should just leave my computer fuckered. current mood: eh
