Tori Amos 07.11.96 Ana Ma-DAT (remaster)
04.31.98
I'm really really bored, and really really awake. It's 11:53, soon to be this actual date (right now it's still technically thursday...)
I don't feel like writing...but I already took a walk, I don't want to read as I've had enough of that today also. I doubt there's anything on TV. I don't wanna walk down to the bars for a drink. Don't feel like makin tapes...jeesh...whine whine whine.
This would be the *perfect* time for a bong load :(
I guess I'll channel a little boredome your way and update you on my life... not much has happened, surprise surprise. Registered tuesday...ended up with Shakespear w/ Johnson (i wanted to wait and take it w/ McGaughy--if he ever teaches it again now, it won't matter :() Transnational Narratives, Water Quality, Solid Waste Management, and Physic 315--Electrical Circuits (hands on).
OK, so now it's officially today...the 'witching hour'.
So, one interesting worth noting bit...this evening, on my walk to campus to download some audio to DAT (Tori in Chicago on Thursday...it was webcast but I got locked outta it, server hit the max load :( [it wasn't uploaded into the archives yet either :( ]) I just felt so happy to be *alive*. Nothing in particular, nothing special, nothing really *going* for me to be excited about, etc. etc....I was just looking around at everything and just felt *happy*. It was almost hard to believe I almost committed suicide just weeks ago.
Saw Meredith in Physics lab today. Exchanged a few pleasntries, but that was about it. She's obviously not interested, much as I had already gathered...at least the grapes got her lossened up a bit friday.
I really like how much of the analog hiss I could remove
on this Analog-DAT remastering job I did withotu altering the sound noticeably...so
much easier on my sensitive ears now...I was making DAT copies of this
and the next show 07.14.96 for someone else, so I finally got around to
doin said remastering for my own enjoyment...what a priss.
