Actually a lot to talk about today, if I can remember it all, tis all...Each day is long I motherfucking swear. No fire guard or suicide watch last night= nice night's sleep...woken tired despite. ? Formation at 430 per normal non weekend/holiday...got a chewed out platoon for messy barraks, etc. PPD shot, tetinus shot, audio testing, waiting hours for financial duties to be done...Direct Deposit Arrangements/Insurance, etc...but computers went down and we ended up moving furniture so carpeting could be replaced...then after lunch, yard maintenance detail, missed my chance for finances cuz of it -- have to do it on the morrow or it's morrow...moved more furniture afterwards, dinner, formation, marching, PT, shower...left my shampoo out last night in the shower, gone, trashed. Shaving creamed my scalp again cuz of yesterdays sun burn. A lot of men got moved to FTB cuz they were supposed to ship to BCT but not enough room...and a little sideout, Corporal Abisaab let us in on a secret -- accelerated BCT to be finished by Xmas Exodus... 7 weeks or so. WAHOO!! also essentially 100% confirmed 100% to ship Oct 23...done by Xmas yippy Ky ay!!

It's odd to think, but I've already settled into the fact of the matter, my civilian life is on hold. I am now a soldier, and despite the oft grade school atmospher, I am now a soldier and all these others are too...not a trained one, but on the road no doubt. 5 complete days inb reception and Antioch is a long time ago in a galaxy far away...Not sure if I should bother writing Beth...haven't thought too much about it -- but the little I have says wait a couple weeks wait till too much time...got to shine my boots again -- all that work they look like shit.
