| Rice fields just outside of Vientiane. This was our first day riding in the countryside in Laos. It was also the day when we came upon our first road covered in fresh tar, and learned that it wasn't such a good idea to ride through it. The tar got stuck to our bikes, and our skin so well that it took more than a week to get it all off. |
