Here we hope to help air-gunners in the North of Ireland ( or the Republic )as much as possible , any queries you have concerning ANY aspects of airgunning will be grately welcomed and we hope to be able to assist .    We also wish to use the site as a recruitment facility for ANY wouldbe members, feel free to contact us at rapid7ie@yahoo.co.uk

To   Promote Air-Rifle shooting , and competition around the Country(North and South)                                                                                                                                                              To Encourage Safe Handling and Shooting of Air-Rifles                                                                                                                                                               To Encourage ALL shooters to have Insurance          To Raise Awareness that Air-Rifles are  Fun yet underestimated

Here we also wish to accomodate ALL air-rifles , be they Spring or Pneumatic, should they have open sites or scopes.    If you do not have a gun yet , perhaps we'll even help you choose one to suit your requirements. As most people here are "Power Freaks", we will show that "Power" ISN'T everything. We will show you that ACCURACY  is paramount , as a clean kill means a humane kill and is encouraged across the board. If a shot is a dodgy one ....DON'T take it ....WAIT until you get a better one.     Because of Gun laws here people think that they NEED the most powerful air-rifle that they can get their hands on , that is not so .....I have shot with guys and shot rabbits out to 70 + yds with a .177, 12 ft/lbs gun (whilst this would not be encouraged ,,,,,,it CAN be done). There is a lot more satisfaction gained from a 12ft/lb kill at 30 yds or less...try it  ! How close can YOU get ????
