UNIEXPL LTD
UNIEXPL LTD was established in 1992 and working under Official License of Federal Mining and Industrial Supervision of the Russian Federation. It carries out humanitarian unexploded ordnance clearance and controls demolition operations.
Since 1992 UNIEXPL LTD. has executed over 60 contracts in the field of humanitarian de-mining and cleared more than 6 000 000 sq. m. of territory, destroyed over 5 000 pieces of unexploded ordnance.
State contractor
UNIEXPL LTD has an official contract with the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations and Civil Defense on humanitarian assistance in the field of de-mining and special control of demolition operations.
Personnel
Personnel: UNIEXPL LTD employs experienced (from 15 to 23 years of service in special de-mining units) passed special advanced re-training in compliance with the International standards. All personnel are covered with Internationally valid insurance

In 1997 UNIEXPL Ltd. developed and manufactured light de-mining suit "Vitjaz-PM"
It was tested and adopted for humanitarian de-mining in Russia, Croatia, South Africa and New Zealand.
UNIEXPL Ltd. has production capacity for this suit of 30 units per month and
Dogs
UNIEXPL LTD has its own dog teams, covered with internationally valid insurance, in 1998 they completed a sub-contract under the World Bank contract in Croatia in part of dog teams operation, in the area Sunja-Novska railway. That was proved with the Certificate of the UN MAAP in Croatia (Richard Todd) and Croatian Mine Action Center.
Dogs' training
UNIEXPL LTD has nationally licensed dog training instructors staff. Within 5 months period it can provided complete training for mine detection dogs and dog-handlers.
Demolition
UNIEXPL LTD has the unique experience in special control of demolition operations on emergency buildings and constructions (since 1992 over 80 buildings and structures were destroyed).
The latest example - demolition of buildings suffered in the result of the terrorist attacks in Moscow (Sep.99).
