  1. Quick learner: after 2 months working on Delphi I had ability to involved to new challenges in a project. I could learn by myself very quickly and always I do.
  2.  Multi tasker: When I was designing a dictionary for a medicinal herb, in the same time I was developing an Automated Educational System for an Art University, however those were not all because I had responsibility as a consulter for a big company.
  3. Accept responsibility: I am responsible about my job and try to do my best. In my last job I faced up to a high priority issue that cause to crash application in somehow while time was running out. I did put my effort to figure out the problem and finally after few days hard working I could solve it.
  4. I enjoy being on the cutting edge because it is a part of our job. I have seen enormous progress in these times. It was unbelievable how in a too short time I was able to finish my job and met dead line with a good managing time
  5. Self-assured: In a matter of fact I should mentioned that in seven years ago hardly you could find who heard about Delphi and for somebody in my situation who just started using Delphi in two month was impossible to able to do a project such a Management Information System for Ministry of Health But I did and it was extremely successful and I really proud my self. 
  6. Self-motivated: In three of my self-employed projects, I was acting as a team lead and senior programmer who was an effective team member. Our team was involved to new adventure because of using Farsi in designing users GUIs, reports and also the application had to use Farsi for data entry. I worked out hard and designed new component to meet application needs.
  7. I really love to have a good progress in my job because it is most important part of my life. I keep continuing to learn new features in my field and try to stay up-to-date. I upgrade my knowledge to improve my skills by using new books and also I use Internet as a good and effective resource.
