SkyJnine was born 17 years ago on Coruscant, the core world. She grew up in a loving home with her busy parents and one sibling, a younger brother. SkyJnine also had had an older sister who had died when SkyJnine was only 4 years old. Because of her young age, though, SkyJnine remembered very little of her sister and her mysterious, tragic death.

While still a young child, SkyJnine began to notice she was different from other children. Quiet, unassuming, she occasionally played games with neighborhood children but mostly stayed aloft and distant. She seemed to be able to feel things that she couldn't explain, and found it was better to distance herself from those around her. Her parents, who found Coruscant's school system corrupted, had decided to teach both her and her younger brother at home. This home-study proved useful to her, because she obtained much more knowledge learning on her own, but it also carried a few grievous effects. Spending all her time learning and playing with only her younger brother, she became deprived of social interaction between her own peers. Her brother, likewise, grew attached only to her and no other children.

Having no formal schooling did have its benefits though. After spending only a few hours a day at lessons with her brother, she was free to run and roam around as she pleased. SkyJnine loved to stay physically active and joined both competitive and noncompetitive sports teams. Still rather a loner, she tried to blend and fit in. It did not help matters, then, that she always seemed to stand out and be better than the rest.

With her extra free time, she would sometimes help her father out at his fuel store. While there, she learned to love watching people. Different, unique, aliens would sometimes stop by and fuel up. Races from all over the galaxy came and she watched them all. Observing their behaviors and accents, she soon learned how to manipulate and disguise her own behavior and voice to match theirs. She kept this acquired talent a secret from everyone, except her close brother, lest her paranoid parents fear she was becoming an imperial spy.

Not knowing exactly how she was able to become so proficient at this, she grew curious as to what other things she might be able to do. Her brother also seemed to carry some enigmatic talents; though to a lesser degree.

As she grew older, she became more aware of everything around her. Many smugglers frequenting her father's store and, while they were anything but peaceful, they caused little if no damage...... until one day.

SkyJnine was barely in her 14th standard year when her entire life was shattered. She had been at the library, one of her favorite places, when she had felt the agonizing disturbance. She had collapsed as horrifying screams pulsed through her body and then were suddenly cut short, causing a frightful silence. She knew then, as she lay gasping on the floor, that her whole family was gone. Her beloved brother, her paranoid, yet loving, parents: all gone.

For the next few days she remained lifeless, in a complete state of shock. She later learned that her family had died in a smuggler's raid. Apparently, her father and mother had been deeply involved in smuggling activities. She, who had believed herself to be so observant, had failed to see through her own, clever, misjudged parents. They had owned the fuel store only as a cover-up for their real business. As a child, she had never worried if they had enough money or where the next meal would come. Now she knew why. Now she also knew why she and her brother were kept home. Her parents couldn't have taken that risk. They couldn't have risked her and her brother finding out and telling other children.

Evidently, the information had leaked out, despite all her parents' precautions. A large spice load was intercepted by officials and, while her father and mother had successfully evaded them, they were later punished. A prestigious, particularly blood thirsty, hutt sought retribution for his lost shipment. He sent out his mercenaries to raid, kill, and bring back any thing from her father's store that might be of value. The mercenaries had murderously shot down her father, mother, brother, and a few various customers in her father's store, took everything of value, and then left the system.

Angry and emotionally fragile, she slowly bounced back. She fought the temptation to end her life because of one sole purpose: revenge. She grew strong on that determination and, with each passing day, her pain lessened a bit.

SkyJnine got a job as a waitress to earn enough money to buy her own ship. She needed one in order to seek out her enemy, the old Hutt. In the mean time, she enrolled in an inexpensive college, studied, trained and became a remarkably skilled pilot by constant practice. She knew that she needed to become her absolute best if she was to carry out her ultimate goal; the annihilation of the entire Hutt population.

While studying at the university library, she came across some ancient writings. From these writings, she learned that she was not the only unique person with hidden talents. Knowing that what she learned could not only give her a new purpose but possibly a new strength and power to help her accomplish her vengeful deed, she resolutely set about learning and studying them with an intense passion.

Then, one day, she met a tall man with long white hair and piercing eyes...... and became his apprentice.
