Argentine Recipes By Poncho

Argentine restaurants are popping up all over the world as more and more hungry eaters desire the famous Parrillada, or translated, means mixed grill.  The parrillada is a platter of various grilled meats and sausages served at the table for groups large and small to enjoy.

Eating at an Argentine restaurant takes time.  It is a time to relax and enjoy good food, excellent wine, and great company.

If you do not have an Argentine restaurant close to your home, I have created this site of recipes so that you can prepare a meal in your own home to impress all who are willing to try it.  The ingredients for these recipes are simple and easy to find at almost all major supermarkets.

Prepare this whole meal as part of a Sunday BBQ or pick and choose different recipes for whatever meals you want them to accompany.  But remember, if you prepare all of it at once, to make sure your friends and family have a lot of time to spare in order to complete this feast.

I have left out approximate proportions on some of these recipes since the amount depends on how many guests you are serving.  Use your best judgment to decide but always remember that your guests should never leave hungry.
