(a) RECRUITMENT:
As a policy, Red Line International prefers to recruit only ex-service/ex-police personnel for the posts of Officers and guards. In exceptional cases civilians in the age group of 25-45 are recruited. Recruitment in all cases is subject to strict, elaborate and thorough verification. Every individual so recruited has to undergo a thorough medical examination and only those certified completely fit find a place in the final list. The customer is provided with a copy of the profile of every guard deployed.
(b) TRAINING:
A team of retired Army Officers constitute the core of our training faculty. A comprehensive training is imparted by our experts to all those recruited irrespective of their past. Amongst others, the training focuses on the following :
* Wearing of Uniform and presentation
(c) SUPERVISION:
Motivated and trained supervisors regularly visit every point of deployment at least twice a day unannounced. This apart, our patrolling team makes surprise checks at nights to see the state of alertness and preparedness of every guard.
(d) INTERACTION:
Weekly twice, our Managers and General Managers call on our clients to know their views and receive their suggestions on the services being provided. Similarly, they also interact with our guards, supervisors and Officers to know their views, ascertain any grievances and to take remedial actions.
(e) DEPLOYMENT:
Guards are deployed for 8/12 hours duty based on customer’s preference. Under no circumstances is a guard allowed to continue beyond this time to avoid human fatigue and stress. In case unexpected absenteeism or unavoidable circumstances where a guard requires leave, reliever is sent immediately on getting intimation. As a precaution against developing too close relationship with locals and staff, guards are rotated every three months.
