As in every field, there are a number of players in Security Service segment also. Each one offers the basic services required by the customer. Then what is the specialty or uniqueness of Red Line International. Following few lines will show where we score over the others.
MONTHLY REPORTS:
Unlike the normal security service provider, Red Line International does not feel its duty and responsibility ends with providing or posting a guard at the identified point/spot. On the other hand our guards are required to make keen and minute observations of all happening in respect of visitors and report the same to us on daily basis. Based on this, a monthly report is compiled and submitted to every Red Line International customer which form an invaluable record for the organisation/set up. Even after years, this record will reveal the details of visitors, incidents, etc. This has come for liberal comments from a number of our clients.
CLIENTS COMPLAINTS & SATISFACTION:
While endeavouring to be as close to perfection as possible, Red Line International does not claim infallibility. It is only when regular feed back is obtained from customers one could know the short comings and loop holes and remedial measures adopted. With this in view, Red Line International has introduced a system of sending a monthly format to customers seeking their observation in respect of the security service in general with specific focus on aspects like punctuality of guards, behaviour and courtesy etc, wearing of uniform, register maintenance, etc. This helps us to gauge the level of customer satisfaction as also provides us to rectify any deficiencies to improve upon our services. Customer complaints are treated as an asset and not frowned upon.
VERSATILITY:
A special training to equip our guards with the skill to deal with different situations and to act according to the demand of the situation is another plus with Red Line International. Our guards are not mere watchmen but they are well versed with various aspects that call for practical approach. To cite an example - In the unlikely event of fire accident, our security personnel will not just stand as a watchman not moving out of his spot. On the other hand Red Line Guard will alert the concerned authorities, call up the Fire Service, try to douse the fire offering personal service etc. They are trained in various fields such as Self Defence/Karate, Driving, Lift operation, Minor Electrical check up etc.
SECURITY SYSTEM:
Red Line International believes in providing proper and effective security service and does not get contended with posting a guard. Prior to every posting our Security System Management visits the spot, assess the situation and requirements and study the type of personal required for the particular place and train and advise the guard to be posted. A check list of his daily routine is prepared and presented to him for adherence. Regular and continuous upgrading of this list is done based on frequent visit by our system management team.
READY STANDBY GUARD :
As a policy, Red Line International keeps a team of standby guards for almost every type of posting. There is no last minute search for finding a replacement for an unforeseen or unexpected absenteeism etc. A perfect replacement guard is pressed into service immediately on getting intimation of vacancy.
