Hmmmmm...

  • Not really much to say about this one, other than it could possibly be the worst loss of the season to this point. Amazing what a little disruption (hitting Fernandez) can do to your rhythm. All I know is that Wednesday notwithstanding, Lowe has been awful of late and it finally came back and bit him last night, though a mental lapse by Hatteberg (throwing behind the runner) set-up the winning run.

The pen has been a bit much to be desired since the break and I have no idea what the answer to this might be.

With that crushing loss it makes tonight's opener with the Chi-Sox almost a must win situation. Yesterday is exactly what will send a team into a tailspin. You go from 1-out away from being tied for first to 2-3 games out in a blink of an eye, and if the Sox can't get back on track right away, things could get ugly very quickly.

I really have nothing else to say, I'm just trying to forget what transpired last night. But I still feel the rage, the need to break something, and I'm trying to contain it. ARRRRGH!

    Just win tonight DAMN IT!
