Every piece of junk is Cy Young to us, every single error MUST come back to bite us, not to mention a clutch hit has become nonexistent. You knew when Nomar threw the ball wide of first the run would score and end up being a BIG factor in the game. You can lump them all together now. You win as a team and you lose as a team. Well now you're all nothing but a bunch of garbage losers as a team. Even Nomar is jumping on the 'lets find a way to lose' bandwagon. I'm seriously beginning to rethink my choice of being a Red Sox fan. It's one thing to be playing over your head and come crashing back to earth. Is an all-together different story when you're more than good enough and still can't buy a win. Wait, maybe that's it, maybe we're really not very good to begin with. Maybe everyone in the baseball world missed to boat big time when evaluating the players on this team. Could the whole world be wrong? Has to be, think about it, what are the odds of leading in all the various team categories the Sox currently lead in and also have no shot at the post-season? Makes you wonder. I have a new goal for the team, stay above .500, because at this point I'm not all that sure they can do it. Think they could move the strike date to today? |
