What the Pedro?

  • I missed the first three innings, what happened to Pedro in the 1st? Explanation please over on the message board.

  • There's always a handful of games that get away like that during the season, lets hope we've used all ours up. I think just about everything I described in yesterday's write-up came true in last night's game.

    1. Detroit is a tough place for us to play for some reason. Check.
    2. Look for Trot to pick it up a notch. Check.
    3. Hope to leave Detroit with at least a split. Not check, but their on the way with how yesterday went.

    Figures too, that Rivera coughed one up in New York last night against the Os. Can't expect Baltimore to help us out any more in that series. We need to jump back on the Win train tonight.

    It's games like last night where the absence of Manny REALLY hurts. Mid June, everyone pray for Mid June.

    Burkett tonight, he has a chance to tie Pedro at 7-0, I say we do it.
