3/13/02 According to the article, Nomar could see his first back-to-back action of the spring this weekend. I guess we still have to hold our breath a little longer and see what happens. But what's even better about the story, as Rivera is really nothing special, is that he's the cousin of closer Mariano Rivera, and I guess Mariano was moslty responsible for getting the front office to take another shot with Ruben. I'm sure the whole matter is done with, but hey, it takes a one small flake of snow before you can create a snowball. |
