3/22/02 This decision isn't final by any means, and for all we know someone else may get the axe instead, but if Offy is the guy to go, I think new ownership will have shown how commited to this team they really are. The release of Offerman would also mean that it's likely Carlos Baerga will make the team as well. This is going to be a strange Red Sox infield this year, we're actually going to have players playing positions they should be, hmph. |
