Mr Clunk contributed for the second game in a row and even hit the ball very hard a couple of times, though i've stopped seeing hitting the ball hard as a sign of good things to come. Sometimes getting good wood on the ball is more detrimental if they don't fall in for you. But he did come back with that triple after hammering one in his previous at bat, right into the 2B-mans glove. Need another notch Clunk. How good are things for Shea right now? Even when he hits a little fizzler he ends up on base. Two infield hits with the bases juiced, has that happened before? Oh, can't forget Lowe of course, he's just quietly putting together the best season of his career at this point in the year. ESPN has Castillo listed as going tonight (though I thought it was Olivers turn), regardless, Castillo's challenge on his suspension will be heard before his start, so we'll see if he actually takes the mound or not, I suspect Wakefield will take his spot if the suspension is upheld. |
