ELIMINATED!

  • Stabbed in the back one last time for good measure. They couldn't even allow the Angels to earn it, they had to eliminate themselves. The second the games started to show a small semblence of meaning something again they revert back into the Red Sox that drove us nuts all season.

    Oh who's this? Rocky Biddle? Sounds like Cy Young to me. Hey the bases are loaded with one out, after we score only once (as a gift) then we'll quit.

    And so ends arguably the most dissapointing season in my 27 years of being a Red Sox fan. This is most likely my last write up until after the playoffs. I'll probably post the remaining games boxes just to make the libraray complete, but that's about it.

    As you know the off-season for the team is also the off-season for the site. I'll update very sporadically, and most of those changes will be to various parts of the site that you don't necessarily visit on a regular basis.

    I'll still be on the message board thruought the winter (can't get rid of me completely), but this is most likely RedSox2000.com signing off for the winter.
