Saw it coming

  • Whew! Long time since the last update, and alot has happened. First let me rewind a little and go back to the failure that was the Cleveland series. No excuses for losing to that team, especially at home. While the Y-----s were getting spanked by the Jays, we could have been gaining more ground, missed opportunity.

  • Onto Red Sox vs Roger. Woo Hoo! Go win 300 vs someone else, too bad he didn't take another liner off the hand.

  • Now last night. After not allowing Roger to get his 300th against us, it really wasn't going to bother me if we lost last night. For the most part that stayed true except for one thing, more and more Grady Little is proving to me what a horrible manager he is, and for those that heve been visiting the site for a while, know that I rarely single out the manager for anything.

Lets see, Medoza gets his ass handed to him by his old mates at Fenway, then he has his ass handed to him again by the worst hitting team in the game (Cleveland). So what does Grady do? In a tight game, in Y----- stadium, he runs that piece of garbage out there again. I realize the pen has thin pickings, but Mendoza has been the worst of the lot. He should never EVER be allowed into a game again unless the score is 10+ runs for or against us before he even starts warming up.

I'm also getting a bit sick of these 'scheduled' days off. We definetly couldn't have used Manny's bat in that loss to Cleveland huh Grady? The guy only went 3-4 the day before with a homer that hasn't yet landed, so lets sit him the next day. Good idea!

  • Anyway, after tonight we don't see NY for well over a month, how about we say farwell with a beating.
