At the end of Step Two, reflect on the Practice with the attitude of careful listening. There is always more that we can learn from our spiritual work to help us take our healing to more profound levels.

Close with an affirmation in which you thank the Spirit of Reiki, your Reiki guides and any other spiritual beings or ascended teachers you have called upon for help. Ask them to assist you with this and other healing activities you are engaged in.
