Visualize about two feet in front of your heart chakra the numerous contingent worlds of existence. If like me you have difficulty in visualizing, then think about the large number of such worlds and the various beings upon them. Beings should be construed in the widest sense, not just sentient beings. Use whatever technique works for you. Intention and intuition should be your guides.

Recall to mind the Karuna Reiki© Level One Third Symbol and the Reiki Distant Healing Symbol. If you don't have that Karuna Reiki© Symbol, then use the Reiki Mental/Emotional Symbol. If you are a Reiki Level One Practitioner, then intend that Reiki energy flow from your heart chakra.

Begin beaming Reiki from your heart chakra with the intent to beam transformative divine love and so heal these worlds and all their beings. In the first stage of this process the focus is on the elimination of negative forces. In the second it is on the encouragement of positive ones.

Recite an invocation/intention.

"Most merciful Lord of the Worlds, illuminate with your light what is dark, straighten what is crooked, lift the burden of fear and want, heal all that which needs healing."
(Imagine that envy, hate, conflict are dissolved. That what is wrong is set right).

Most compassionate Lord, shine your light of compassion upon your light of mercy, guide hearts and minds to work together to accomplish your divine plan".
(Imagine that as the barriers between beings are removed, they begin to work together in a positive way for mutual benefit).

Now invite these beings and their worlds to join with you in the Heart Chakra Practice to establish a reciprocal beaming of Reiki. End this exercise with the intention that the Reiki energy involved in this Practice will continue to circulate in a never ending feedback loop, increasing its strength with each cycle. The concept is that the spiritual sphere is outside the bounds of time. Just as one can beam Reiki to the future or the past, one can leave Reiki "on" to continuously heal.

You can use various techniques to enhance this exercise, e.g., associating the beaming with colors or vibrations. Or you may imagine you are beaming a stream of Reiki symbols which surround or penetrate these worlds. And, of course, feel free to use your own voice for the invocation.
