Masters normally carry extra binding fiber in their pouches, and most keep handy a pair of slave bracelets and perhaps a spare collar. Also, a multi-stranded slave whip, is normally carried as well. If not, their belts suffice quite nicely. Slaves carry only what their Masters permit.

|
|
|
Masters are exactly what the title implies. They are the decision makers and the rulers and guardians of their domains which include their favorite properties, their slaves. Each Master is as unique and individual as the stars, but all are strong with definite opinions of how things are to be done and their orders are always followed exactly by their slaves.

Clothing

|
|
Each caste has its own colors, but the dress is generally the same.
Masters: Tunics, sandals laced to the knee. Cloaks with hoods and hidden pockets. The sword belts generally are worn over the shoulders.
Slaves: Tunics with the neckline down almost to the waist, hemlines up as far as the Master wishes, always sleeveless. Weather permitting, slaves are always barefoot. Always with collars, or slave ankle chains or other articles that denote some form of bondage.

Slaves

|
|
|
Slaves eat, dress and live to please their Masters, in all things and in all ways. They depend totally on their Masters for their food and clothing and even their existence. To them, their Master is everything, for without their Master, they are nothing.

Transportation

|
|
|
|
Thalarian: Large draft lizard-like animals used for pulling or carrying large loads.
Kaiila: Tall silken haired beasts popular with the red savages and the wagon peoples.
Tarn: A huge eagle type bird with a large crest, ridden mostly by warriors and teamsters.

Food and Drink
|

|
|
|
Sa-tarna bread, roasted tarsk, bosk steak, fried vulo are just a few of the most popular Gorean dishes. Paga and Ka-la-na are two of the favorite drinks of most Masters. Slave wine, of course is reserved strictly for slaves.
