5 (Panch) Tanmaatraa - pleasures of Gyaan Indriyaan (Touch, Taste, Seeing, sound, Smell)
5 (Panch) Mahaa Bhoot - Earth, Air, Fire, Sky, Water.

1 Mahat Tattwa
1 Prakriti
1 Purush
3 Gun (Sat, Raj, Tam)

A body is made up of 36 Tattwa:--
7 Tattwa - Kalaa, Kaal, Niyati, Vidyaa, Raag, Prakriti, Gun
5 Bhoot - Earth, Air, Fire, Sky, Water
5 Tanmaatraa - 5 pleasures of Gyaan Indriyaan (Touch, Taste, Seeing, Sound, and Smell)
10 Indriyaa (5 Karm Indriyaan and 5 Gyaan Indriyaan)
4 Antahkaran
5 subjects of Indriyaan - Touch, Taste, Seeing, Sound,  and Smell

There are the following 24 Tattwa -
5 Gyaan Indriyaan
5 Karm Indriyaan
5 Subjects of Indriyaan
5 Bhoot
Man,
Ahankaar,
Mahat Tattwa
Prakriti

Beyond these 24 Tattwa, Paramaatmaa is the 25th Tattwa, that is why He is called Panchvinshak (who has 25).
