How may Veterans join?
Submit the following:
Membership Form and an annual due at the time of application of $100.00. (Checks or Money Orders made out to USVA.)
A current resume.
Three letters of reference.
DD 214, NGB 22, Discharge Certificate, Other applicable military records.
Copy of college, university or seminary degrees and other applicable school records.
Affiliate Membership
Anyone wishing to be a part of the USVA, who are not Veterans may pay the annual dues, but not be permitted to wear the uniform. The uniform is only worn by the US Veterans. Auxiliary /Affiliate members may attend meetings and assist with fundraising and other projects in support of the USVA and our Veterans.
