What can we do ....
1. Spay and neuter our pets to prevent overpopulation
2. Adopt from your local animal shelter when searching for a new pet. There are so many wonderful homeless animals at these shelters that face certain death if not adopted.
3. Support your local Humane Society, ASPCA, or shelter in any way that you are able. If not financially then with your time or just verbal support.
4.Report any and all abuse to your local Humane Society, ASPCA, or Police and don't assume that someone else will!
5. Teach our children to respect all animals and don't allow them to treat them as toys. Children are our future and they learn from us. If we can teach them how and why to respect animals they in turn will teach their children the same.
Here are some interesting and informative links ...

I would like to thank you for taking the time to visit this page and hope that it has shown just how precious our animals are, from the largest to the smallest, and how we can protect each and every one of them. This includes wild animals as well as domestic pets. The rate that our precious wildlife is being destroyed is alarming. It also includes even the most frightening animals to some of us such as snakes, lizards and insects. But they are ALL part of the animal kingdom and ALL need our help to survive. Hopefully this page has given you some new ideas on how to live with and take care of them. I thank you... but most of all THEY thank you!
I will be updating this site as often as possible so please come back again and see some new and interesting information. Please feel free to e-mail me with your thoughts, suggestions and ideas and I will try to utilize as many of them as I can on these pages to update them. Also please take a minute to sign our guestbook below!
