Animals: birds especially eagles and hawks, insects
Rules: the mind, thought, knowledge, psychic work, intuition; the wind from a subtle breeze to a fierce storm; breath, incense, the censor, smell.
FIRE

Colours: reds, gold, oranges, bright white
Signs: Aries, Leo, Sagittarius
Animals: Fire breathing dragons, lions, horses, snakes
Rules: the will, energy, life, blood, healing and destroying, purification; all fires, the sun, candles, volcanoes; the wand, sight.
WATER
Season: Autumn
Time: Twilight
Colours: blues, green-blue, gray, black
Signs:Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces
Animals: fish, dolphins, whales, all water creatures
Rules: emotions, love, sorrow, intuition, the unconscious mind; water: the ocean, tides, rivers, lakes, swamps, springs; fertility, the womb, regeneration; the cup/chalice, taste.
EARTH

Colours: Greens, browns, black
Signs: Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn
Animals: cow, bull, bison, stag, hare
