The Lord said three times in the Gospels, "The poor you have with you always..."
Matthew 26:11
For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have not always.
Mark 14:7
For ye have the poor with you always, and whensoever ye will ye may do them good: but me ye have not always.
John 12:8
For the poor always ye have with you; but me ye have not always
Twice He also said, "Whatsoever you do to the least of these you have done unto me..."
Matthew 25:40
And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
Matthew 25:45
Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
The Lord showed me the following story - that these poor souls in Bangladesh were so desperate, so needy, that the idea of HAVING SOMETHING TO WEAR caused them to crush people to death just to get a garment of clothing:

DHAKA, Bangladesh - Donations of clothing set off stampedes in impoverished Bangladesh on Saturday that left at least eight people dead. All were women except for one child.
Affluent Muslims were giving away the clothes to the poor as part of the tradition surrounding the Islamic holy month of Ramadan.
The custom attracts large crowds who in their eagerness to grab the gifts sometimes cause stampedes.
Four women and a child were killed in a crush of about 2,000 people in Mymensingh district, north of the capital Dhaka. The crowd had gathered in a narrow lane to receive cloth distributed by a textile mill, ATN Bangla reported.
Three other women died when about 1,000 people rushed a home where clothing was being distributed in Patuakhali district, south of Dhaka, the United News of Bangladesh news agency reported.
Police were not immediately available for comment.
Bangladesh is one of the world's poorest nations. Nearly half the 144 million people live on less than a $1 a day.
Did He not say that you are to do things to be seen only of the Lord and not the whole world?
Matthew 6
1 Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.
2 Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
3 But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth:
4 That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly.
Those in the Body who only do things to get a return; to be seen, to GET. Where are those who GIVE with NO THOUGHT OF RECEIVING?
What about all those who think only of themselves? "It's MY income - I was the one who worked 40 (50, 60) hours for it - tell them to get a job" or "What about what I NEED?" "If I give I won't have enough"....etc etc etc
Matthew 6:
19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
22 The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.
23 But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!
24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
Ah but did not also the Lord say "Take no thought for what you shall eat or what you shall wear?":
25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?
28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
Why do you think the Lord said "The poor you will have with you always?...the poor will always be among you...?"
BECAUSE HE KNEW THE CONDITION OF THE CHURCH's HEART! He knew that EVEN HIS OWN are so hard-hearted and so self-preserving as to always worry about themselves and their own needs FIRST AND FOREMOST that they would rather believe they would perish to justify not helping the poor rather than BELIEVE GOD to take care of them and thus giving ALL THAT THEY HAVE ALL THE TIME. It's not even JUST THE POOR - there are those among you in the Body of Christ who are called NOT TO WORK in the real world but instead work day and night for the Glory of God's Kingdom. You won't even HELP SUPPORT THEM (who are also 'the least of these in many cases but are also highly favored and chosen of the Lord!!!) Why do you think the Lord then admonished 'If it will help unharden your heart, know that you are doing this FOR ME' - thinking perhaps HIS OWN would love HIM SO MUCH that they then couldn't stand to watch any go hungry or without because they would know that they were depriving God Himself. For if the church were to EVER GET A REVELATION that they are to LOOK FOR JESUS IN EVERY HUMAN THEY SEE they would THEN know that they are doing all things as unto the Lord, they would THEN see HIM with their spiritual sight and not any worldly, judgmental, pre-conceived, generational notion or idea or prejudice and then THE WORLD WOULD NOT HAVE TO GO WITHOUT. And HIS KINGS AND PRIESTS, LEVITES APPOINTED BY GOD FOR THIS HOUR WILL ALSO NOT HAVE TO GO WITHOUT.
We will have the poor with us always because God's own people care not enough to MEET THOSE NEEDS!
But even KNOWING that "Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me" the church STILL HARDENS its heart. How can one claiming to be of Christ and to love Christ and want to walk with Christ then deny HIM?
Pris (Van Suthphin) and I were praying long-distance via telephone this day. And what the Lord revealed was that HE WILL NOT MUCH LONGER TOLERATE THESE SORTS OF THINGS - HIS PATIENCE IS ABOUT SPENT - not only for those who speak against God's anointed but also THOSE WHO DO NOTHING TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THOSE AROUND THEM.
There is not one instance I've ever found that says "PRAY FOR NEEDS TO BE MET". The Lord SHOWS US NEEDS THAT NEED TO BE MET so that we will then MEET THOSE NEEDS! How utterly heart breaking to the Lord that from the children whether in remote parts of the world to America itself, to His chosen ministers (and all in between) THE CHURCH HAS NO HEART OF COMPASSION.
Do you know that every time you see one of those shows like World Vision or LIFE (with the Robisons)(for example) - where they show desparate children then try to get people to adopt them or provide for them - every time your heart is broken for them or you cry yet you do not RESPOND TO THAT HEART OF COMPASSION - YOUR HEART GETS HARDENED?
WHO HAS EARS TO HEAR?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Do you know how to be a vessel of blessing unto God for God's glory? Do you know to whom the scripture is for which proclaims that God gives seed to the sower? GOD GIVES SEED TO THOSE WHOM HE CAN TRUST WITH HIS RESOURCES! If you are an ever-flowing current of blessing - if every single thing that comes into your hand freely flows right back out again because you KNOW that God only gives you things so that you can be a blessing, then YOU WILL BE OF GREAT BENEFIT to the Kingdom of God.
Prayer: Father God I ask EVEN THIS DAY for YOUR TRUTH, YOUR WISDOM to be imparted to all who see this - I pray that it will no longer be about them but instead each and every thing will be about YOU O GOD. THE HOUR IS LATE and You SHALL HAVE A BRIDE WITHOUT SPOT WITHOUT WRINKLE...but in order for that to happen Father WE NEED YOUR HEART - reveal Your heart to all who ask. Reveal that which You care about unto those who ask. GIVE THEM THE DESIRE TO EVEN WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOU WANT FATHER GOD...for Your glory - in Jesus' matchless name I pray...amen and amen.
