KINGDOM HEARTS KAIRI COSTUME

Worn at: Halloween 2005 aka Otaku Promise Bet 2005
Video Game: Kingdom Hearts
Intro: Well, lemme start by saying, this is DEFINITELY not one of my finer costumes. It has taught me a lesson that cosplay takes time and planning and cannot be rushed. School work is the most important thing. And that I really must re-do this thing so xD
Construction Notes:
Top: Alright so there were two tank tops, the white and black. I sewed them crappily by hand during my double Bio-Lab periods, so excuse the sloppiness lol. I didn't even hem them, infact, I wore a vest to cover it up a bit xD
Skirt/Shorts: I tried to make these out of a pretty lilac satin I found. Unfortunately, I had to put schoolwork as a priority, so I didn't do this until the night before the thing and it turned out horrible. I wore grey shorts underneath, but they didn't help the cause any...
Armguards and Armbands and Bracelets: Made from felt, that I sewed during my early class and my morning classes. The only thing that made it look cool sorta and the only thing I am proud of T-T
Shoes: I was gonna make boot covers with felt and my hotglue gun, but I ran out of time and just used giant chunky shoes. I also had to wear dark tights which ruined the "Kairi Effect" lol.
Hair: I CHOPPED OFF MY HAIR AND ALMOST COLORED IT FOR THIS COSTUME!! lol I'm just kidding, my mom just doesn't like my long hair anymore for some odd reason xD
Chocker and Necklace: The same chocker I'm using for Garnet and my Griever pendant xD
