Comparison of different species of prostaglandin H2 synthase-1(PGHs-1) in addition to human prostaglandin H2 synthase-2 (PGHs-2).

FASTA3 and GeneDoc was used for determining the homology between these different proteins.  the result showed that PGHS-1 of different species are very homologous also within the same species (e.g. human) PGHS-1 & PGHS-2 share similar sequences.
