| I am refocusing this
website to be a location for xbox nba2k3 junkies to find each other. But I
only want people to sign up for this website if you are interested in
playing on:
1. All Star Mode Scrimmages online 2. All Star Mode Street Scrimmages, which I refer to as Streetball Madness 3. NCAA 2k3 players on All Star mode, I dont own NCAA, but I think it would be good for owners to have a place to find each other for online hoops I would also like to propose that all games be played on a neutral court for 7 minute quarters but that is entirely optional. I wanted this this to be a league site originally, but I am gonna make it a free resource for players to find each other. If we eventually have enough players interested in a tournament for money then we can run that at that time, and I personally want to see that happen, but for now I just want to find other ballers interested in playing games on All Star
Tournament rules for future: Tournament is a series of 5 game sets for each round. Each member will be assigned a team based on a lottery. |

| Each member will select a 3 digit number. That number will be compared to the 3 number lotto in california on an assigned day. The closest number will get the next highest rated team. Lower numbers get preference over higher numbers if two teams are the same distance from the lotto number. If the lotto is 549 then 547 would beat 551. | ||

| The bracket has been designed so that the highest rated teams will play each other in the first couple rounds. The worst teams will actually get a bye in the third round. So there is a little advantage to getting a bad team, since you will have to play less games to advance. | ||

| The prizes will go out to first and second place. First place gets 75 percent of the money and second place gets 25 percent. | ||

| The tournament will be run again after it finishes. | ||

| All games will be played on all star mode, with the default camera view for 7 minute quarters. Home court will switch every game. The lower rated team will have home court first, if teams are equal then the team listed second in the bracket will get home court first. | ||

| It is free to join this list, but if we have a tourney then all players must have a paypal account to participate, as money will be wired via paypal. You must pay league fees before entering and prizes will be paid as soon as tournaments are finished. All fees will go to prizes. The first tournament will be 15 dollars to enter. Entry fees could change every tourney if players agree to larger fees once they feel comfortable. | ||
