But Daneel and the almost as cool mind-adjusting robot Giskard defeated him, though not entirely. He still made Earth radioactive and Giskard died killing him. | Not only is Megatron bent on universal domination, he displays many qualities of a classic Greek hero. He is loyal to his troops (even though they are not always so, or more specifically, Starscream isn't), with their safety first and foremost on his mind. He is respectful of other cultures, and offers untold treasures to those who swear fealty to him. He is NOT bent on the sole defeat of Optimus Prime, but rather with the entire Autobot militia, which threatens the safety and well being of his Decepticon troops.
