| Ok, enough with the Bill Gates nominations. Dr. Evil is much eviler and cooler than Bill Gates, for several reasons. 1. Bill Gates happened to be in the right place at the right time and built his software empire of basically good morals. He turned evil later on, while Dr. Evil built his empire on the premise of being evil. 2. Bill Gates has never held the world hostage for... $1 million dollars! Oh, I'm sorry... uh $100 billion dollars! 3. Bill Gates does not have an unneccisarily slow moving lowering platform, into a tank of bad-tempered trout, with lasers strapped to their heads. 4. Dr. Evil has been cryogenically frozen in a "Big Boy" statue and rocketed into space -twice, but Bill Gates on the other hand... 5. Bill Gates has never starred in the same film as Mike Myers, a comedic genius. 6. Bill Gates is a dork. Dr.Evil has style. There are more reasons, but I'm out of room... Dr. Evil forever!!!! |

| It may be argued that Malcolm (played by Glen Beaudin) is actually the lackey of Kilokahn (voice of Tim Curry), a computer generated villain but Malcolm is the one that has a connection to Sam and it is his will to embarrass them. Kilokahn wants world domination while Malcolm is the genious that uses Kilokahns power (and gullibilty) to create "megavirus monsters" which destroy computer programs Malcolm doesn't (obviously) want the world to end although some of his schemes are destructive (turning water into to acid and trying to gas a small Japanese city) but he plays tricks on Sam and his friends like giving them nightmares or changing their voices.
In retaliation Sam (Matthew Lawrence) and his friends turn into computer heros (Sam becomes Servo) that do battle with the monsters inside the computer. In the meantime Malcolm has no idea that these highschool foes are the heros his monsters are battling with. In this respect he's almost a comedy relief villain in that he comes so close to figuring out that Sam is Servo but not quite. Every once in a while he comes to truce with Sam and his friends but they never last long. |
