Creating an "accessible" site means creating a site that anyone can access and understand, regardless of technologies employed or any physical disability.

This site meets the guidelines set by the W3C to achieve this goal.
(Please note that these guidlines to not apply to any external sites, or to my office and professional site)
Specifically:
Access keys are used by pressing alt + the access key to highlight the link, and then return or enter to activate the link. Some links such as skip to content may be hidden and are not seen when highlighted, however clicking return will activate the link nonetheless. (please note that in some browsers (eg FireFox) it is not necessary to hit return once the access key combination has been pressed).
