Say goodbye to Man-Eater Bug, this card is far superior.
Let's pretend that your opponent has a Defense Position Goblin Attack Force
or Spear Dragon, and a Jinzo in attack to go with it. With a Man-Eater Bug
in hand, you could set it use and its effect on Jinzo during your opponent's
turn, assuming that he/she doesn't have Nobleman of Crossout, Change of
Heart, Raigeki, or any other card to kill it in his/her hand. With the Exiled
Force, you can attack the Goblin Attack Force, then use its effect to destroy
Jinzo. The only thing that could possibly stop it is an Offerings to the
Doomed. If your opponent is using that in his/her deck, chances are that
he/she is hurting anyway. This card has yet another advantage over Man-Eater
Bug. You can reuse the effect without having to add cards such as Shallow
Grave or Spear Cretin into your deck. You can turn your Monster Reborn,
Premature Burial, or Call of the Haunted into monster removal.
If your opponent has a face-down trap card on the field, and you want to
summon Exiled Force to kill their Summoned Skull, you don't have to worry
about anything except for a Horn of Heaven or Solemn Judgment. Once the monster
is summoned, you have the option of activating the effect before your opponent
can do anything else. You wouldn't have to worry about your opponent having
a Trap Hole or Offerings to the Doomed face-down, simply because he/she would
have to chain one of those cards to Exiled Force's effect (assuming that
you choose to use the effect immediately after you summon the monster). If
they do chain, the effect of Exiled Force would go off anyway as the last
link resolved, so your opponent would have just wasted a card. (For more
info on this, go to Edo's website and read his recent essay on the Concept
of Priorities)
4.6/5 Not quite staple, but definitely an awesome card.

This card is MUCH better than it looks. Let's compare it to another
fairly similar card, Man-Eater Bug.
Exiled Force...
-is reusable (Monster Reborn, etc.)
-is faster
-has high enough ATK to actually be useful sometimes
-doesn't risk being Nobleman'd or Raigeki'd
-is going to be restricted to one per deck (that doesn't
necessarily mean it's better, but you should be aware of the upcoming restrictions)
Exiled force is far superior monster removal to most other cards out there.
There are still some cards that are better, such as Raigeki, Dark Hole,
Mirror Force, and maybe Torrential Tribute (but probably not), but those are
all also restricted, so your deck isn't going to hurt if you add another great
monster killer. Goblin Attack Force and Spear Dragon fear this card,
as you can attack the Goblin/Spear, then use the effect to kill another monster
and not leave yourself with a vulnerable monster on the field. Very,
very, very good card.
Rating: 4.5/5. It really is that good.

WOW. This is amazing. There's not much I can say other than that. People
used to use Tribute to the Doomed... Why try it now??
5/5. Get three of them. Now.
