Use this card. Think about it. You can reuse a whole list of cards that are restricted to one. Here are the most powerful cards in the game: Swords, Raigeki, Pot of Greed, Monster Reborn, Change of Heart, and Dark Hole. Guess what? MoF can get them all back.

The only drawback to this card is that you may have to flip it on your turn and take a beating from your opponent's monster next turn. Of course, if you have a SoRL in your graveyard, you can get that back and save yourself with it.

You can combo this card with Limiter Removal and Quadruple the attack of all machine monster for one turn.

Not much to say here, really.  It came out in Metal Raiders and has been hunted down by every serious player since then.  If you have them, play them.  There's no reason not to anymore.  If you like your magics, play them over and over again.  Deck staple in my eyes.
