Thank you to Susan Caldwell
and Donna Barton for their time and energy, coaching
the RTR youth at the April 2004 performance clinic.
All those attending really appreciated your efforts.
Thanks to the Robertson's for the use of their indoor
arena, since it snowed we were even more gratiful! Stay
tuned for a possible games clinic.

50/50 tickets at the first RTR show, May 8.
Dave Walker of Guelph was the
winner, taking home $103, and the Youth Team also received
$103. THANK YOU ALL.

the Ontario Harness Horse Association (OHHA) for their
generous sponsorship of the Ontario Saddle Club Youth
Team Tournament. As you know RTR sent a team. Each team
was asked to bring a sponsor to help cover the cost of
the tournament. Thank you OHHA!

Volunteers
Urgently Needed…
Once again keep in mind that RTR is in urgent need of volunteers
to help on 2005 show days with registration, the food booth,
ring set-up and gate. If you have family or friends who
can help out or you yourself can help during a part of the
show in which you are not participating, please call one
of your board members and let them know.
Students can earn those valuable "Volunteer Hours"
at Rockwood Trail Rider shows. Please sign up to help out! |

For sale:
Laura’s Minto is a 15hh Reg. Quarter Horse mare
with lots of AQHA youth points including; Showmanship,
Western Pleasure, Horsemanship, Hunter Under Saddle,
Equitation and also has a Youth ROM. In 2004, Laura
was Ont. Reserve All-Around Champion 13+Under, Ont.
Reserve Champion in Showmanship and was Hi-Pt Canadian
Showmanship at Summerama. She won the Small Fry Showmanship
and was second in the Walk-Jog. In 2003, she was Champion
13+Under Showmanship and Reserve Champion Equitation
in Area 3. Although Laura can do flying lead changes
for the more advanced youth, she would make a great
13+Under or Walk-Jog horse. She is a “been there, done
that kinda gal.” $5,800
