2001 ROGUES POOL

It's your chance to choose your very own Rogues All-Star Team! You must choose a total of 4 players from the list below. The object of this game is to be the person who picks the best 4 Rogues of the 2001 year. At the end of the regular season, the person who picked the best 4 Rogues wins...well...pride.

Of course, this Fantasy draft-like pool is open to anyone who wants to play, however...there's a specific guideline for actual MEMBERS of The ROGUES roster. A Rogues member MUST choose themself as one of their four picks. So, say Matt Cox wanted to pick 4 Rogues on his team, well, Matt Cox MUST be one of his picks. This way, if it gets late in the season, and Matt Cox is chasing someone in the standings for first place...and the person in first HAS Matt on his team...then Matt won't be able to strike out on purpose to screw over the person he's chasing. Get it? Rogues must choose 3 people plus themself in the pool. So go ahead and choose the 4 Rogues you think will have the best year. Good luck!!!

POINTS
The points are tabulated like this: One point is given for every single, RBI, BB, stolen base, and run scored. 2 Points for a double, 3 for a triple and 4 for a home run. (Which of course will be 6 points with the RBI...and run scored...homeruns are HUGE). On the down side, 1 point will be taken away for every Strike Out. So those are the rules. If you have any suggestions, email me at roguematt@hotmail.com.

The standings are located to the right of this page. The names in LIGHT BLUE are Rogue members, the players in YELLOW are not. Anyone who enters a team from now on will have to start at zero points, and the first two games won't count for them. As well, whoever has Seb on their team CAN make a trade, but WILL NOT gain the points that player has earned in the prvious games..
