Chip was keeping this horse entertained while Paulette and I fed another horse further down the fence.  This horse was the "king of this corral", and didn't like other horses getting the carrots.
Yes, it does appear that most of the horses here at the farm are brown....some dark brown, some spotted brown, and some reddish brown, but they all mingle together.  There is usually a dominant one in each corral, and if you aren't paying attention, that one will chase away all the others while you are nearby with carrots or apples.

'Tho some are shy, most of the horses are very eager to come to the fence and check out your "feed bag." Saturday is the day that the public is allowed to visit.  I am sure each horse has a calendar with all the Saturdays highlited in RED
