Down On The Farm.....

Many people come to the farm to visit their 'adopted' horse, and others come to just enjoy visiting the animals and bringing them carrots and apples.  Chip brought 20 lbs of carrots....all that the Publix produce section had.... and we probably could have used another 20 lbs.!!  Chip and Paulette have found that carrots are easier to feed to the horses.  Feeding a horse an apple can be quite messy....horse drool and all !!

Paulette and this cute little Pug dog really hit it off.   She carried him around and he was in heaven.   He loved being cuddled, and actually fell asleep in her arms.  Pugs snore very loudly!   Many stray dogs show up at the farm entrance and owners/caretakers Peter and Mary welcome them, too !!

Our visit comes to an end..... Prince is saying, "Goodbye for now....come back again, Grandpa"
