The McDowell County Criminal Court met in Regular session on the twelfth instant and up to the present writing has done the following business: The grand jury at present term returned 4 indictments for murder, 56 for other felonies and 186 for misdemeaners. The petit jurors appeared last Monday morning when the real grind began |

Haskins, pistol, 6 months and $50. 4. State vs. John Chesmadia, pistol, 6 months, and $50. 5. State vs. Boyd Carrico, pistol, 6 months and $50. 6. State vs. Wm.
