1) An event can only be successful if guildies are willing to participate in them.
2) Guild events are scheduled by the GM, however this does not prevent others of you from taking a lead position in them or scheduling your own during times when nothing is happening. If you would like to schedule or lead an event, please let Ladien or know in-game or e-mail her at LadienDaoc@yahoo.com and she will add it to the calendar.
3) Showing up only on PL night and not participating in other events with your guildmates is not appropriate.
4)During PL nights, if you are not actively participating in the battle or at least the discussion or you are found to be AFK for extended amounts of time, you will be disbanded from the group. This takes exp away from other group members and is unfair to them if you are not playing.
5) Guild and Officer meetings are very important as critical announcements about RoG and the alliance are given, as well as the opportunity to share your ideas and thoughts.
6) Events are meant to promote teamwork, friendships, etc. They are meant to be fun. This is the first priority.
