Clicking on the first link for each document will work on all computers (PC, MAC, etc.) that have a web browser of any kind. Click on the PDF link for a document that retains a nice format and prints well. You must have a PDF file viewer like Abobe Acrobat Reader installed to view and print PDF. Click on the Word link to get a Microsoft Word format document. If you have Word or a Word viewer, this document is easier to view and print.

Remember that you still need to print, fill in, and mail the postmark page to Cheryl Funk. The web is just used instead of mailing the forms to your house, saving the club postage.
